Book yourself on a holiday and visit the places that you want to see. It can be daunting travelling on your own, but many people discover that it is an enjoyable experience.

Join Some Social Groups
Very often the breakdown of a relationship causes you to have to split your friend groups. You may come out of a long relationship with fewer friends than when you went in and this can have a massive negative impact on your confidence as it causes you to feel isolated.
Get out and mingle and make new friends. You’re not trying to replace your former partner, you are just looking to widen your social circle. Join clubs and classes based around similar interests and you will soon find new and exciting people to call friends.
