  1. Suzy

I recently became totally overwhelmed by all that I have happening in my life, I felt alone and I was beating myself up over not being able to overcome various struggles.

In a moment of combined weakness and strength I cried out to a group of amazing ladies online. I wasn’t expecting much, but was flabbergasted at the outpouring of support that was offered from myriad different women, some whom I knew a little already, others not at all.

One of those women was Susan Cowe Miller.

I visited Susan recently for some EFT sessions. I’ve had a difficult childhood and strained relationship with my mother and a distant father. From the age of 7, I’ve had to be pretty independent and self-reliant in many ways. I was never allowed to settle in one place for any length of time, which often meant leaving behind friendships and having to start all over again.

This has shaped how I approach relationships in adulthood, because I’ve never had anyone to turn to or look up to, I’m rather introverted. There is a deep fear within me of rejection and abandonment, or that I’ll be moved on again. It’s for this reason that I struggle to let too many people in, I’ve not allowed myself to make many real friends, I hold back. I wrap myself up and keep myself safe. I always do as much as I can for myself and others. I seldom ask for help.

    From an appreciative client:

My sessions with Susan have helped me come to terms with where I am at right now and how I got here. She enabled me to unlock many different past experiences in order to understand my own thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Since meeting with Susan, I’ve been able to release much overwhelm and accept what has happened . I can see a brighter future; a future I want.

During this time I’ve also been consciously making better lifestyle choices which are improving both my physical and emotional wellbeing. Things are far from perfect but I now feel more able to cope with what life throws at me. I would recommend Susan as an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner and personally look forward to future sessions with her. Thank you from an appreciative client.
